After registration, fv99 will send an OTP to the member's mobile number. The account will not be activated until the OTP is verified.

Fv99 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. All members must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawals can be processed.

One of the following documents is required for KYC verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

A utility bill or bank statement may also be requested as proof of address. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours.

Deposits at fv99 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The key deposit rules are outlined below:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the member's own verified mobile banking or bank account.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is listed on the platform and varies by membership level.

Fv99 may request additional information to verify suspicious withdrawal requests. This process is carried out for the member's own protection.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on fv99:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets will be confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded.
• Fv99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Deliberately betting on a specific outcome across multiple accounts in the same match (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Fv99 is not responsible for any disruptions or delays during live betting caused by internet connectivity issues.

Fv99 reserves the right to stop accepting bets after a certain time. Pre-match bets are generally closed 5 minutes before the match begins.

Fv99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms. The general conditions are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement) before they can be withdrawn.
• The original deposit cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• Each bonus promotion may only be participated in once.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the promotion period expires.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fv99 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering under a false identity.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, phishing, or any other technical means.
• Attempting to influence betting outcomes through match fixing or any other fraudulent means.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through fv99.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

Fv99 may temporarily or permanently suspend a member's account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
